With the Auckland Region moving to Alert Level 3 from 11:59pm on Tuesday 21st September, the HELLA New Zealand factory will recommence production while continuing to operate under strict Level 3 safety protocols.
The Customer Service team will continue working remotely and can be reached via nzsales@hella.com or (09) 577 0366 to process your requirements. To minimize the risk of transmission, we will also continue our policy of not permitting visitors on site during Alert Level 3.
All orders placed prior to and/or during the lockdown period will begin to be actioned from Wednesday 22nd September. We appreciate your patience while our production and warehouse operations get back up to speed processing and despatching orders.
